Over five 50-minute 1-on-1 sessions, you and your support person (if applicable) will walk through every stage of pregnancy, labor, and birth—at your pace, with your questions, and tailored to your values.

We cover everything from maintaining a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy to recognizing true labor, understanding each stage of birth, navigating common interventions, and learning how to advocate for yourself in the birth space.

Is this a replacement for a doula?
No—this is education and preparation. Many families use this alongside or instead of doula support, depending on their needs.

Can my partner or support person attend?
Yes. One support person is encouraged to attend all sessions.

Is this only for first-time parents?
Not at all. Many experienced parents choose this to refresh their knowledge or prepare differently for this birth.

Is this suitable for medicated or unmedicated births?
Yes! We cover all options without judgment and focus on informed choice.

When should I start the sessions?
Most families begin between the second and early third trimester, but sessions can be adjusted based on your timeline.

What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. Reasonable rescheduling is absolutely allowed with advance notice.

How does payment and proration work?
A $225 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot and secure scheduling. The remaining balance is prorated at $55 per completed session. If you choose not to complete all five sessions, you will only be charged for the sessions you attend beyond the deposit.
